Step 1. Seed Step

Seed = Purpose.

We must know what we want and more importantly why we want it.

We must find our core purpose, our underlying desire and feeling why we want to attain our goal.

In the course we will reference different books and talks, for example, in the seed step, we will learn the importance of starting in a place of purpose, beyond details, by referencing Start with Why by Simon Sinek.

In the course we will also do visualizations to get clear on our core desire for our goal.

Here is a quick visualization exercise to give you an example.

• 1st Close your eyes and imagine your goal coming to it’s full realization.
• 2nd Describe all the details by automatic writing with no editing or filtering.
• 3rd Notice how you feel as you are surrounded by this vision.
• 4th Let go of the details and just observe the feeling.
• 5th Describe the feeling by automatic writing with no editing or filtering.

In the course we will be able to record writing processes like this in a workbook.

We will also do action steps to integrate the insights we get into our life, so an example of a seed action step is to:

Wake up every morning in this feeling we articulated, instead of getting stuck in all the details and to dos.
